# Terms of Service

## 1\. Agreement to these terms

By using this website or booking work with El Centro Plumbing Pros, you agree to these Terms of Service and to all applicable laws and regulations of the State of California.

## 2\. Services we provide

El Centro Plumbing Pros provides residential plumbing services across Imperial County, including:

-   Emergency plumbing, available 24 hours a day
-   Drain cleaning, hydro jetting, and sewer camera inspection
-   Water heater repair and replacement, including tankless units
-   Water softener and reverse osmosis installation and service
-   Leak detection, slab leak repair, and whole-house repiping
-   Fixture repair and replacement for toilets, faucets, and garbage disposals

We may decline work that falls outside our scope or service area.

## 3\. Estimates, pricing, and payment

Estimate requests are free. Estimates are based on the information available at the time and on what is visible before work begins. If a job turns out to involve conditions that could not reasonably be seen up front, a collapsed line, corrosion beyond the repair point, hidden damage, we will stop, explain what we found, and get your approval before continuing.

All prices are quoted in US dollars. Payment terms are confirmed at the time of booking or before work begins. We accept cash, credit card, and check.

## 4\. Scheduling and cancellation

Please give us at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule non-emergency work so the slot can go to someone else. Emergency dispatch runs at any hour and is subject to plumber availability, weather, and road conditions across the county.

## 5\. Access to the property

You agree to provide safe access to the work area, including access to the main shutoff, cleanouts, water heater, and any relevant fixtures. Please secure pets and clear the work area before we arrive.

## 6\. Workmanship

We stand behind the work we do. If something we repaired or installed fails because of our workmanship, contact us and we will make it right. Manufacturer warranties on parts and equipment are passed through to you and are governed by the manufacturer's terms.

Warranty coverage does not extend to pre-existing conditions, damage caused by others, misuse, neglected maintenance, or failures caused by untreated hard water where treatment or scheduled service was recommended and declined.

## 7\. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, El Centro Plumbing Pros is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our services or this website. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to that claim.
